My family and I lived there for one year the apartment is very nasty and if there's anything that needs to be fix they will not come and fix they rather blame you the leaser for the mistake. It is really cheap but worth the living, the people that live out there is nasty their selves because they will throw garbage out side and into the water that they so call lake. Please don t do it it's not worth the stress.
