Very visually appealing, but awful beyond that.

to start with the parking, there is not enough spots! or too many people that don't live there parking there! i've had to park my car 5 buildings over!! people that aren't handicap, park in the handicap spots. there are always loud teenagers running around the neighborhood. the walls are way too thin, and you hear everyones business and they hear yours. hope you don't live on 2nd or 1st floor, or you will have to listen to the toilets flushing (from the upstairs) during the night.

i was once sick in bed, and someone came to my door, i didnt answer the door, after 10 mins i got up (i couldnt fall back asleep) to get some water, and a maintence guy was in my living room saying he was there to fix the sink, and called me by a entirely different name. mind you, i was in my underwear. when i called the front office, they said the maintence guy made a mistake on the address.

SOME MISTAKE!!

anytime you talk to someone in the leasing office, they act as if they don't want to be bothered by you, only new potental residents.

i recommend not moving here, as it is attractive, it's not worth all the problems that come with it.
