At first site they present a wonderful neighborhood, gorgeous apartments, and extraordinary amenities. Wait until you move in! There is never enough parking space, cars race by you with no caution towards pedestrians, kids are all over the neighborhood unsupervised, the pool is always filled with unsupervised kids, the gym equipment is no longer state of the art, the trash compactor is always overful, and the hallways of the apartment building are never cleaned.

Staff is friendly at first, but then again, they are trying to get you to move in. Again, nice, but think it twice.

Why are these issue the problem of the staff. I do not see why they are responsible for someone elses child not being supervised. And people not able to put trash where it belongs.unless I am reading your review wrong and it is the staffs children and the workers are the ones not capable of openning the compactor.Obviously you are not putting a name to your complaint for a reason. What is that are these maybe your children and they refuse to baby sit.

Manage,ent should make sure that when a complaint is given, that the manager takes the time to find out who is being complained about, and send that tenant a letter. Alot of things that may not be the managements fault can easily be dealt with by writing letters to tenants to let them know that if they cannot comply with the rules , they can be evicted...TRUST ME..a threat of eviction will do WONDERS!!
