I have been reading the reviews here and honestly, do not recognize most of the same comments. I will be the first to admit parking bites. But I usually don't have much of a problem because with a 2 yr old, I am home before 10:00 pm. There is a bit of noise from upstairs but I think that is pretty normal in any place that people are above you. I certainly don't have any problems sleeping through anything from there. The office staff has been fantastic. The day we came in, they were so busy and yet they made time for us. Instead of leaving us waiting with a 18 month old, we asked for an appt. which they were thrilled with. We went, had lunch and came back to a totally accomodating group of people. We still had 6 months on our lease where we were and we signed up for an apt. for when our lease had ended. The office staff kept in touch with us, allowed us to come and take a second look at the apartment. Before we moved in,we printed the comments from this website and brought them in to discuss witht he office staff. They were attentive and reassuring. Since we have moved in, they have been helpful and courteous, even when busy. This is somewhere we want to stay. We know that our rent will go up when we renew our lease and we hope we will be able to stay. The size of the rooms are good and well kept.
