Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
Lots of loud,bratty kids running around unsupervised in gym and pool,after almost 4 years raised my rent with new lease almost 300 dollars)( which should be illegal).It is not worth the 1500 a month they want to charge me fo a 2 bedroom.It sound like a trailer park ,the gym sucks and the stuff is broken half the time ,that is if the kids will let you use it.The parking is bad and the only time it is quite is when they are in school or in the middle of night.
