I have lived here almost a year now. At first I loved it but now it is terrible. They never pressure wash any of the landings. All the kids running around are hoodlums, they will run their bikes into you car and their parents will come yell at you if you say something. The gate gaurds let anyone in. The property manager called my wife and yelled at her because our neighbors dog urinated on our landing and accused my wife of letting our non-existant dog of doing it. No one cleans up after their pets so the park is full of dog poop and God forbid you report it because the manager will yell at you and tell you its not the maintnance staff's responsibility to clean anything up. Forget about coming home from work and getting a parking spot because that won't happen. The police are always arresting someone in the neighborhood or are looking for someone. The only good thing I can say is that the lady that did our lease was awesome and very nice she was a cute spanish lady, very nice. but the other woman and especially that Manager are horrible people, if they don't like working there i wish they would quit. Don't move here, its ghetto.
