I have lived here in the past (when Andy was the property mgr) it was wonderful. I moved back 2 years ago (mgmt is still good), but the tenants are getting worse. They have become more lacks in referance who they rent to. My neighbors are extremely loud, and their cigarette smoke pours through my windows (gross). The lawn smells like dog ---- because no-one picks up after their dogs. But, this is the best rental in this area...at least maintenance show up and everything gets fixed in a timely manor....also the community on the whole is very well maintained. Staff are very helpful, with the exception of one employee, who when I call never puts in the service call. I always have to call back and speak to someone else...then it gets done. Maintenance is Excellent. They should be commended for the work they do. n Especially, the man who walks around in the morning and picks up he trash. I will be moving this year (as I have purchased a home), but I would still recommend this community as a rental.
