More and more very young and lower income persons are now living here. They claim to be gated but the gates have been staked open since I moved in two months ago!. They claim to have alarms- they dont work. The walkways to the upstairs apartments have not been washed since the units were built and are now stained with the juices of peoples trash they leave ouside their doors for days at a time. The parking spaces are barely large enough to squeeze a normal sized vehicle into and you are guarenteed to get tons of door dings from others who could care less about their ghetto cruiser. It appears that this complex has slowly but surely become Section 8. My lease is up in 10 months, I just hope I can survive that long.
