The apartment managers and maintenance staff are great. Maintenance or pest control requests are handled within 48 hours. The gate to the complex works most of the time, but without a guard many cars just follow others in. I feel safe though. I've had a few issues with ants (since move in day) but nothing a can of raid couldn't handle. The complex is clean. The pool is adequate and many enjoy the tennis courts. Overall, I like the place and may still renew my lease.

The elementary school for the complex is Seminole Trails (C rated school) not Egret Lakes (A rated school) they have listed on their website.
