Upon leaving our new apartment the previous tenant told it was very well.... loud cheap construction accounted for that. Oh my god have you ever had a 20 something running the brig like -------time to go!! no professional class fire her and I will without reservation recommend you. Customer service is everything (Steve Jobs)

So, where did you go to school? I want to make sure I don't allow my children to attend.

You know when the tenant is rude and goes in with a bad attitude, it will be hard for the staff to smile and try to be helpful. I have been in there several times when other tenants are being very rude and the front desk always seems to try to help them and solve all issues. I have lived in a lot of apartments and this staff seems to be the only one that has cared about my needs as a tenant.
