I moved into one of the Apts that face the GolF Course, it is by far the best spot Ive ever lived. The Sunset is incredible (Sunset over a golf course every night), Vaulted Ceilings and The people in the office (Nicole Especially) are extremely nice and helpful.
I have had the usual Apt Issues, toilet issues, A.C. problem but Everytime I contact the Office, They have a Maintnence Person in my Apartment before the day is over. So far they have fixed whatever Issue Ive had before the day ends. The Maintanance guys are all Extremely nice and helpful too. Everyone seems really happy that works there, maybe they have a no stress attitude. Whatever it is, It works!
So far Ive had No Issues at all. Ive lived here going on 4 months and will renew my lease for sure. The pool is not deep but its great because there are never too many people there, unlike most Apt Pools. This may be due to it only being 4 1/2 feet deep but who cares, I always have it all to myself.
Anyways you cant put a price on good help and nice employees. So far everyone has been cool as hell!!!!
Im 32 and I enjoy it. No hassles with anyone at all. All my neighbors have also been nice so far.
