I just moved in around January and I have to say, other than some unsavory characters driving through at night sometiems, this palce is ok. The management team gets involved with everything and they take time to listen to you. They beat the pants off me in a game of spades a few weeks back. My 9yr old son like the new friends he's made since he's been here. The neighbors are all friendly and I haven't had a problem other than a loose pipe under a bathroom sink. They came out the next day and fixed it. Plus a police officer lives in the building next to me. I feel pretty safe here. I haven't seen any criminal activity.
