THE ARBORS IS NOT A GOOD AREA TO MOVE TO.THE CRIME RATE IS VERY HIGH. THERES ALWAYS SOMETHING BAD GOING ON. GANGS, GANG FIGHTS, SOME PEOPLES GET KILLED, PEOPLE BREAK INTO OTHERS APARTMENTS, PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE, PEOPLE GO BY IN THERE CAR LATE AT NIGHT WIT THERE RADIOS LOUD, NO ONE RESPECTS NO ONE, THERE R LOTS OF SPIDERS, PEOPLE HANG OUT RIGHT INFRONT OF UR APARTMENT AND STAR IN UR WINDOWS OR THERE YELLING, SCREAMING, OR DOING DRUGS. THE LAUNDRY ISSUE IS BAD THERES 2 WASHERS 2 DRYERS PER UNIT AND EITHER ONE WASHER AND DRYER DOESN'T WORK. AND U HAVE TO USE A STUPID CARD. AND THEY ARE ALWAYS FULL. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE IN IF U HAVE A KID OR IF U A WOMEN. BECAUSE U CAN'T EVEN WALK DOWN THE STREET WITHOUT SOMEONE EVEN HERASSIN U.THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE VERY DANGROUS AND VERY STUPID APARTMENTS.
