This has got to be the biggest scam I have ever seen and heard of in my life. All they seem to want is the money. Once they have your money they have you. Just think that this is a government run program (no wonder). Well they have my money which I don't have to give away and I still don't have an apartment (it's not ready). I wish I would have read these reviews before now.
