This place is called EMERALD ISLE. It's located on San Marino Blvd. (right across from Portofino).
I can't speak for the rest of the complex, I am way in the back where it seems like the trashy people live. It seems like management rents to whoever. Three 20 year-olds moved in next to me recently and I can hear their music as if they're in the same room. Either construction was done shabbily, or the people above me just pee really loud, but I can hear EVERYTHING they do upstairs. Can't wait to move out.
