HORRIBLE!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The management is extremely condescending and unhelpful. I believe the Kolter Corporation is nothing but a crook. The early lease termination fees are higher than if you continue to pay for rent. The management told me that job replacement is not a legitimate reason to have SOME of the fees waived, only death.
