I have been at this apartment for about a year and there are always problems. The gate is always broken as are the covers for the fire extinguisher boxes (which are shattered all over the ground). There is noise at all hours of the night, furniture left in hallways for weeks and lights burnt out and not replaced. The office staff can be very rude.
