Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived here for one year, from 2001 to 2002, and even back then things were getting bad. That's why I moved out. "Shady" groups of people hanging around in the parking lots at night....noise at all hours....kids riding motorized scooters at 50mph thru the parking lot, just waiting for you to hit them with your car. Quality of the apartment on the INSIDE was fine, but you do have to step outside eventually!!
