This apartments are turning into condos,they're very higly priced for what they're really worth.An their maintenance fees ...CrAzY!!!
The parking used to be a nightmare when the buildings were full,after midnight you couldn't park infront of your building,now that everybody is moving out,because of the condo convertion,is possible to do so.This is not a gated community,the gates are always broken and cars follow you in when the gate is closed...there is absolutly no control of people coming in .
The management is rude...during hurricane they make you put your own shutters up and you have to be hunting your shutters as well,they wont even give them to you.You have to go to the closets and try to pull them out and figure out wich ones are good for your windows,if you don't have a ladder...well, buy one.
If you have an emergency,you should be ready to wait till they decide is time to get to it.
the maintenance guys are teenagers that aren't really experienced.
It is dark at night,they wont turn on all the lights in the complex for a very strange reason.
Nobody pick after their dogs...lawn is like a mine field.There is alligators and looots of racoons in the dumpsters.
Most of the neighbors are very very rude...they drive like maniacs in the community,they will cut you off coming in or out,give you the finger...is like a race...there is kids running around everywhere,without supervision.
