The place is a joke! I lived there for a year and couldn't wait to move out. I had nothing but issues with the staff and the general place of its location. To start, the week I moved in I had a valuable piece of property stolen. I often would come home from work at night and would have to call and wake up my boyfriend to come down and walk me upstairs, because there were always shady men hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. There were many times I had issues with the apartment its self... it would take weeks, literally, to get maintenance to fix things. The staff is the main issue. Nothing but rude and disrespectful! They are extremely unorganized and they don't listen! They seem like there always in a bad mood and not willing to deal with the issues their tenants have. I am a tenant who pays everything on time and never have ridiculous issues! But when you??re talking about safety, security, respect and where you live. IT??S IMPORTANT! I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! I do not wish upon anyone the unprofessionalism that I had to go through. Its ridiculous complicated and not worth it. There are plenty other places to live in south Florida! Good Luck!

Yeah the Manager there Kim was a Freakin idot and had no clue how to run a property, and she had some attitude for someone who didn't know what the ---- she was doing, what a -----! and once she was aware the property was going condo, she really didn't care much about the curb appeal or maintence of the community. It's a shame cause it had the potential to be a VERY nice community.

There are still shady men hanging out in the parking lot and stairways....
Besides that,ee often see garbage bags on the floor, intead of inside the dumpster.
People are too lazy and rude to throw their own garbage inside the dumpster. Maybe they lived in a very bad neighborhood before....There are often old furniture and food on the ground, near the dumpster and nobody calls the maintenance ,nor the staff does anything to provide a clean place. Some teenagers(who are employees) ride a golf car, but do they work???
On the weekends the whole place smells bad.
One day someone will fall down over the garbage bags and pieces of furniture and have a lawsuit against the management of that place....it's an accident waiting to happen, literally speaking.
The hallways are always dirty- bones, cups, papers, garbage bags, dirt shoes, etc. They do not pick up after their dogs, there is dog poop everywhere, specially behind the buildings.
The residents do not care about their own environment, do not greet people and do not care about their own place. What they do not realize is that what they are doing is causing the devaluation of their property.
Who wants to invest money in a place like that? and the same people who trash the place will have a hard time to sell their units if they do not demand a better staff.
Bad investment. Staff is rude and do not care about anything.
