This is one of those places that looks ok from the outside, but really isn't a good place to live. After the hurricanes damaged the place, they were so worried about how the place looked so they could sell their converted "condos" that they didn't bother repairing any of the roofs or structure, but simply repainted everything to look new.
They threatened everyone to get out because they were converting, and when they couldn't sell the overpriced units they begged us to stay and rent. The staff always has an attitude, especially the resident Manager. She harrasses the decent tenants that pay their rent on time, then lets trash move in that hang out in the stairwells and in the parking lot at night, making everyone feel unsafe. I was a female and scared to live there. There was a break-in on the first floor just below my apartment and they didn't even bother telling anyone about the incident, or to be careful. The place is in a good location, but I feel sorry for anyone who moves in there, and especially for anyone dumb enough to actually buy something there. $240,000 for a one bedroom apartment right next to a commercial dumpster that people are throwing rotting food into is way too much, i'm sorry.
