it is so nice to live in a place where they really care. i moved from madison chase apartments, where the service was horrible, you were lucky to get things fixed in a week!! at san michele they take care of your issues the same day that you call them in & to me servie means alot. if you want to live in a nice place where the manager really cares-move here!!!

obviosly this review is from the "management" office,a resident would never have so many lovely things to say about the service...cause it seriosly sucks! I'm sure madison chase or any other complex are way better...more pricey but i'm sure way more worth it than this little apartments. They are renting the units for $1056 and you just throw your money to the garbage,the maintainance sucks and the manager is very very unprofessional.An amateur in my point of view. They havent replaced the missing the landscape from 2 years ago,they just plant flowers at the front of the office so it looks a little bit better,they're still trying to sell the over priced "condos" it is ridiculous.

I agree with Sahararara Lol this person was living in Lala land !!!!not at San Michelle. We, real residents, often see garbage bags on the floor, intead of inside the dumpster. People are too lazy and rude to throw their own garbage inside the dumpster. Maybe they lived in a very bad neighborhood before....There are often old furniture and food on the ground, near the dumpster and nobody calls the maintenance ,nor the staff does anything to provide a clean place. Some teenagers(who are employees) ride a golf car, but do they work??? On the weekends the whole place smells bad. One day someone will fall down over the garbage bags and pieces of furniture and have a lawsuit against the management of that place....it's an accident waiting to happen, literally speaking. The hallways are always dirty- bones, cups, papers, garbage bags, dirt shoes, etc.They do not pick up after their dogs, there is dog poop everywhere, specially behind the buildings. The residents do not care about their own environment, do not greet people and do not care about their own place.What they do not realize is that what they are doing is causing the devaluation of their property. Who wants to invest money in a place like that? and the same people who trash the place will have a hard time to sell their units if they do not demand a better staff. Bad investment. Staff is rude and do not care about anything.

hahahahah I'm sure that the owner Scott Deaktor or one of his dogs like his property manager Tiffany wrote this! they are sooooo bad! they treat people like ----! The management is sucks!!!! everything is bad in this place! FLAVIA AND TIFFANY the two ugly and disgusting girls that work there are sooooo mean! they never have an answer for anything ! SAN MICHEL SUCKS!!!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!!!!!!!
