I live here now and have had maintenance problems for over 4 months. It is a joke. When you tell them about it again they act like it is a bother even though nothing works.
This week many people were complaining about a so called cop at the apts.
Well,,,after then news hit,,he was not a cop after all. Didn't they do a background check on him' How can a man with a badge and uniform have NO ID as a cop and work for the apts. Oh, then you have another so called officer who is a cop and doesn't give a crap about anything. He is just there for the discount on the rent. You want to smoke crack on the stairways. Leave your kids home all hours of the night,,well then come and join in on the fun here, but don't bring any of this up to the apt manager from hell,,,she will act like you are bothering her. The heated pool is ice cold the hot tub is cooler then the pool. Go figure. I asked them when they are going to fix this. And there answer''' I don't know. Well, there is no security, lack of mature management and kids peeing in there hot tub daily with no supervision. Lets find a house the rents have gone down way low since there was NO hurricane this year.
What about the tiles on the roof waiting for a good wind to blow them on someone or there car' They don't care about that either.. They never, never, never answer there phones so don't call the office ever.
Oh and lets not even mention the cheap flat paint, poor carpets that tear after 2 wks the cheap flooring and to top that all off.....FREE ROACHES''

Funny, I had to double check, I live at the same place. I don't experience these problems. Management has been wonderful, yes there are ants in the place welcome to S. Florida. I do not have any roaches. The pool is cold but they did fix the hot tub. As for the kids home alone after hours yes there are some there and the do run around but there parents are told about it. And some kids have been arrested for the problems that they have caused. Did you ever hear of calling 911 for kids smoking crack in the stair case? I don't think that there is any place safe, but good luck!

I totally agree with our friend who posted the note complaining about this place - We often see garbage bags on the floor, intead of inside the dumpster. People are too lazy and rude to throw their own garbage inside the dumpster. Maybe they lived in a very bad neighborhood before....There are often old furniture and food on the ground, near the dumpster and nobody calls the maintenance ,nor the staff does anything to provide a clean place. Some teenagers(who are employees) ride a golf car, but do they work??? On the weekends the whole place smells bad. One day someone will fall down over the garbage bags and pieces of furniture and have a lawsuit against the management of that place....it's an accident waiting to happen, literally speaking. The hallways are always dirty- bones, cups, papers, garbage bags, dirt shoes, etc.They do not pick up after their dogs, there is dog poop everywhere, specially behind the buildings. The residents do not care about their own environment, do not greet people and do not care about their own place.What they do not realize is that what they are doing is causing the devaluation of their property. Who wants to invest money in a place like that? and the same people who trash the place will have a hard time to sell their units if they do not demand a better staff. Bad investment. Staff is rude and do not care about anything.

well, looks like the fact that they rented to low income families has put San Michele in the news again. Women stabs her husband to death. I am afraid to leave my apartment because of the many people wandering around. When my lease is up I am out of there. Maybe they should go back and be more selective about who them rent too and be less worried about all there empty apartments.

yes i do agree with this person .this manager is the manager from HELL, SHE DON'T CARE a fire alarm went off one evening and she nor the workers came to see what was going on ..the place could of being on fire, the alarm was on for about a good 45 mins before even the fire department came ,and they are only about 3 mins away. I think she sits and pray for the people lease to be up because the onlypeople that stays in the place is HER and her family all her inlaws . they seem to travel every month , a wonder if mr michele is checking his rent money.
