I have lived at a few places and this 1 is by far the worst ever. The hot water heater in my apartment broke 2 weeks after I moved in on a friday night. I called and got a vm msg that stated to leave a message if this is an after hours emergency and someone would return my call. Saturday came called again. left another msg. then sunday another msg. Finally Monday I go to the office and complain about not getting a call back. The lady says oh i was going to call shortly.. SHORTLY what took you so long!!!! To make a long story short I didnt have a new hot water heater until WEDNESDAY!! How ridiculous is that. I called Scott Deaktor 4123666090 who owns the apartment and association in PA somewhere. What an A**hole I dont think I have ever talked to a bigger JERK in my life. I would definately not recommend this place to anyone.

You are right: management here is horrible, most incompetent ever, rude and unprofessional DO NOT LET THE FIRST IMPRESSION FOUL YOU...might look nice when you first visit it, but when you move in... This is a GHETTO, if you like hell this is the place for you. Domestic violence, stabbings, murder case here, drugs, loittering, teenagers fights in parking lot, smelly and dirty hallways, dog poop everywhere, disgusting dumpsters ,rude neighbors, irresponsible parents who break car windows,violent ones.... everywhere there, but especially in building 4 The police is often called here.... THAT is the REAL SAN MICHEL
