Great price, I love the fact that right out the back door there is a beautiful lake where I often see great blue herons, egrets, and turtles basking in the sun. You can fish there also if you like. It is a relaxing atmosphere. Maintenance people were very fast and nice when dishwasher broke. I feel I have a lot of privacy here. The gate DOES work (it did not for a while though, but it does now) and the staff are VERY sweet and caring. Bring your well-behaved dog with you also because this is a dog-loving community!

of course this person who is saying nice things works for San Michel... a person who lives here cannot say nice things about this place ! This is a GHETTO. Domestic violence, stabbings, drugs, loittering, teenagers fights in parking lot, smelly and dirty hallways, rude neighbors, irresponsible parents.... especially in building 4 THAT is the REAL SAN MICHEL
