Do NOT even think about renting here. The apartments are infested with roaches, spiders and ants. Right before you move in they just spray paint the whole unit white, all over the outlets, light switches, closet doors. Maintenance is a JOKE, if your AC breaks today don't count on it being fixed for a month or two. You need to talk to the "manager" Tiffany about an important issue' Oh sorry she's out of the office, runnings errands, on vacation, on the other line, whatever excuse she wants to tell you today. Parking is horrible people just park their abandoned cars in the front spaces and don't move them for weeks. Neighbors sit out in their cars and blast their music real loud. I've seen people arrested, drug dealers, etc. Everything the typical bad place to live this place has. On top of it the property manager is such a B**TCH! If you're a few days late on rent she jumps on your ass but she of all people should know about being late on rent/mortgage considering her condo is in the process of being foreclosed on. All in all, not a place I recommend moving unless you like horrible service.
