When I moved in in mid 2005 this was a gated community with key card access. Three months later after many disasters with teh gates, they removed them. They also blocked off the other exit to the road.

First week there, the bath room over flowed

Crime is very high. Break-ins, car thefts, drug sales. NO Security!!!! EVER

Place is dirty.

Roof leaked in my closte and ruined four wool suits, and 5 pair of shoes. They will not fix or replace.
