In general Sanctuary Cove is pretty nice. However, security is a big issue. Recently, we had a major incident here and the apartment has NOT done anything to notify the residents about it. An apartment maintenance man let himself into one of the apartments and raped a female resident. This was reported in the Palm Beach Post but, other than putting up a notice of a security meeting without saying why, the apartment did not do anything to tell the residents. I think this is unconscionable.

In addition, when the security gates to the apartments stopped working, instead of fixing them the apartment decided to just leave them open 24/7. Now anyone can drive into the apartment complex whether they live here or not.

Finally, I often find that many of the outdoor light do not work at night. Often the mailbox area and the paths around some of the apartments is pretty dark because the lights are not working. This also does not add to security around here.
