I have lived in Sanctuary Cove for over a year and have enjoyed it very much. It is without a doubt the most quiet complex I have ever lived in. No parties, no loud music - very serene. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds are immaculately maintained. The only complaint I have is that there was an issue with a maintenance man breaking into an apartment and raping a tenant. The complex never notified the tenants of this occurrence. I only found out about it by reading the article in the Palm Beach Post. That I believe was an error in judgment on their part for not notifying the tenants immediately. Other than that - I would highly, highly recommend Sanctuary Cove Apts.
