I knew from the beginning, that bad things were going to happen. I was here for almost 4 years. I didn't leave mainly because rent in Palm Beach County was a complete joke. But finally everything has leveled off. My wife and I thought about it and I don't know how families would want to live here. They have installed speed bumps because idiots continue to speed through the neighborhood. Cops, who get a large discount on rent, have moved out. Unless you live on a top floor unit, you can hear the person above you fighting, arguing, having sex, anything. The units are poorly constructed. They are becoming so desperate for people that they will allow ANYONE in. They have completely changed their policy from when I first moved in. Ever since the first property manager left, nothing has been the same. Then to top it off, you have a part of the staff commit a major felony' Come on. For size of apartment, the price is insane.
