Nothing but problems since we moved in. we moved in Dec of 07 and are on our 3rd manager. each time getting worse. We moved to the non pet section cuz my family and i are allergic and in the pet section of this complex its full of nasty poop and stinks to high heaven all the time. Well right after they lowered the rent by hundreds they let 3 families that i know of move in with pets. Indoor cats/dogs and now an outdoor cat that wont ever leave my house. They will tell you that ur building doesnt have pets but no doubt it will. They tell us our building is pet free but i see the one upstairs out the window all the time! To top it all off it was nice and quiet down here until they moved some families in with problem kids. One of the parents of the unsupervised kids even told us they asked them all to move down here to the end cuz they had numerous complaints about their children. So the oh so smart 2nd manager moved them down to the premium section cuz its a dead end. We pay much more to live down on the intercoastal and now its ruined. The kids are never supervised and are have zero respect for other children or adults. A bunch of them were beating up on my 6 year old one day when i looked out the window. Luckily my son can defend himself but i had to go out and stop it. Then the other day the one of them were kicking my son while he was on his bike and the older ones were kicking my 8 year old daughter. The parents were outside this time but didnt do a thing. It took me and my husband to come out and yell at the kids ourselves and still the parents did nothing. Some of the kids in this group are good but one family is UNRULY! I want OUT of this place. Everytime i turn around more disapointment arises. THe other original families and I do not let our kids outside anymore cuz of these unsupervised kids. It is that bad. Its a shame cuz it was such a nice place prior to all these manager changes. I would DEFINATELY save yourrself the trouble and go somewhere else. I wouldnt let anyone i know move in here!!! Oh and they lowered the rent from our 1450 to 1295. Which is the current rate for our building. We are up for renewal soon and they want us to renew at our current rate. They refused to give us the 1295 rate that they are currently charging. Im sorry but where i come from that makes no sense and is not good customer service. ESPECIALLY the way our economy is going!!

Huck Finn, Tom Sawyer and Pipi Longstocking all live here - they run around the lake yelling, screaming and jumping in and out of the water and making as much noise as possible. I'm not kidding ?????? there are 8-10 LITTLE kids (too young to be out playing unsupervised) that run in a wild pack EVERY night with bikes, scooters, nets (trying to catch ducks and fish) throwing rocks at anything that moves, fighting with each other, etc., all around the lake which is closely bordered by apartments. The screaming and yelling is ridiculous. I don't know if any of these kids have parents but they for sure are not watching them ?????? I have not seen one yet. And if they don??????t care about their own kids, they could care less about anyone else that has to live here. The complex has a big liability with this unsupervised crew playing in the lake - they go in and out of the pool totally unchaperoned as well. No wonder nothing in the gym works - it's been used as a playground! I stopped going to the gym shortly after I moved in because it??????s damp, moldy and nothing works. So much for ??????luxury??????. They hooked a bunch of people with a 6 week free rent special last summer and I think this is the result. Do your homework before you move in here ?????? there are nicer places.
