Yea I was there for one year. Looked promising when I came in, but quickly turned crappy. The whole "gated" idea is rubbish. The gates are only for show, and in the one year I was there I cant tell you how many times I felt like I was watching an episode of cops. There's always "hoodlums" wondering around the property too late for my comfort. (from midnight to even 4am!) Maintenance is a joke. Not once did they respond to ANY problems I submitted. Probably because they don't understand english. The apartments are WAY overly priced for what they are and how they are maintained. Appliances are like 30 years old, including AC units which are corroding inside and out. (electric bill was NEVER under $200!! And that includes keeping AC at 76 or 77 degrees at all times!!) You have to walk a mile to take out your trash to 1 of 2 dumpsters in the whole lot (maybe 3), and when you get there the dumpster door is usally blocked by countless bags of garbage from ignorant lazy p.o.s's. NOBODY cleans up after their dogs, so there's "poop" all over the grass areas. Streets and grass always littered with garbage. Parking sucks, theres no appointed spots for apartments, so parking in front or close to your door is rare. Noise isn't bad, it's relatively quiet. (unless your under people, then you can hear near every step) I was extremely disappointed after only a month of residence. STAY AWAY! Unless you like the idea of paying HIGH prices for ghetto living.

Just noticed someone has a full grown pit bull that they are keeping out on their balcony - nice! Looks like it already took out one of the bars in the railing...only a matter of time before it chews through the screen and jumps..you can hear this dog barking clear over by the pool area. Worst part is - that's not the only pit bull on the property now - I just saw someone with a pit bull puppy (not on a leash mind you) last week - I had to look twice because I could not believe it!! Don't even get me started otneh duck poop EVERYWHERE. This place is so trashy....there are more smokers here than any place I have ever lived. You can't walk to your car without gagging. I have the misfortune of living on top of a person who actually smokes INSIDE their unit constantly and the stink comes up through the walls. So forget about opening up your windows on this property...unless of course you are a smoker or the Dog Whisperer. I don't understand why the smokers don't have to pay an extra deposit like pet owners. I agree with the prior post about the shady characters running around at all hours - it's gotten progressively worse here in the last year. I can't wait to leave. This property is marketed as an upscale "luxury" community - but it's no better than the lower rent places. At least there you can save a few bucks.
