Sounds like its getting worse

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
lived there 2005 > 2007.
Parking and noise was a big issue.
Security gates were removed thus no secuity for property.
Trash was not always picked up that was in the street.
My roof leaked and destroyed some of my clothes AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
