When I first moved in I was pleasantly happy with the set up of the apartment...very well kept. The gates NEVER work! Trust me when I say the gates are broken 98% of the time here. People constanly tail gate and upon doing so, break the gates. Instead of mangement learning and placing someone at the gate, they rather fix it rarely often and have the same problems again and again. Cops have constantly been called. People vehicles have been broken in right in the front of their homes. Now, I don't mean apartments way off in the back where you would most likely expect it to happen, I mean right in front by the gate!!! Since I've lived here, there have been two episodes that I AM AWARE of where someone has been caught peeping in a little girls room etc. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Situations have transpired and management would always say, 'THEY FIX THE PROBLEM' but never do. A person should feel safe with their kids in the next room....but can't. Instead of management placing someone at the front gate in hopes of solving these problems, they just brush the problems off their shoulder and PRETEND to care. You have to order Direct TV which is always cutting off satelite signal in the buildings. That has to be one of the biggest hassles over here as well as the gates and peeping toms.

This is a graet concern since i just moved in and didn't read any of this prior to my move. anyhow i work for a prestigeous law firm specializing in civil rights and environmental issues. i will definately persue this community in a challenge. I do need more feedback and reviews to start a class action. In addition to all the proof you can save for the next couple of months. For example apt. and discription of peeping toms, pictures or police reports of cars broken into, digital pictures of broken gates with dates. Can't garantee any thing but we can try! Tell all neighbors to post as many reviews of their experience as posible then we can start this as soon as possible. I will post where to send all supporting statements and evidence in 2 months.
