I have been the Property Manager at Shenandoah Village for almost 8 years and I lived here for 5 years. Everything and anything that happens to the community and residents involves me personally and emotionally. My team and I take pride in all we do to improve and serve the community and our residents. Comments are always welcome to help us better a situation. However, it is heartbreaking when false accusations are said. Yes, I am the enforcer, I am the property manager and no one likes to be told what the rules are and/or reminded what they signed and agreed upon moving in. The next time you go into your leasing office ask how long the staff has been at the site. I can almost assure you not as long as my team and I have. This website could be a great tool if used with honestly. Shenandoah Village is a wonderful community for everyone. It was my first home and I have many happy memories to share.
