I wrote the review "reality hit" after I moved out last March. Well, just another problem to add to the saga. They charged us $89.00 in damages (part was for pet deoderizing of the carpet which I believe should come out of the pet fee). I was invoiced on March 10th and paid it on the 16th (I was a good tenant). They subsequently cashed the check. Well, today I received a call from a COLLECTIONS COMPANY saying I owed Shenandoah $89.00!!! I have to pay the $3.00 and go through the hassle of pulling a check from a year ago just to prove I paid something that they CASHED! They are so screwed up over there. Good thing that this wasn't a permanent credit-affecting thing or I'd be going after Shenandoah for purposely attempting to screw up my credit! I'm sorry but if you haven't had a problem with the property manager so far...JUST WAIT!
