I've been here 3 months and I'm already looking for another place. I figured I would give a shot because I??ve lived in worse places. The only problems I??ve had is when dealing with what??s outside of my door. When I first moved in I had several maintenance problems that not until I jumped down management??s throats, were they solved. However, outside was the problem of the other tenants. The walls and floors are paper thin so that you can hear everything going on from the children yelling and running up and down the stairs for fun, people laughing and smoking weed outside at 1am, and I??ve heard so much stomping on the floor above me I thought there was an incident of domestic abuse. Expect bugs, strenuous cleaning upon move-in, and invest in a car alarm. The parking in my section is first come, first serve so I end up parking where I can??t see my car at night. The grounds are dirty and stained with black spots and weed remnants. It seems that residents DO NOT CARE about the place in which they live as seen by the trash scattered all over the garbage dumping area. I??ve come outside in the morning to fresh scents of either piss or rotting garbage which is why small flies are so attracted to my doorway. It??s not so bad once you??re inside your place so I can??t say I hate it, but the complex is ghetto in its own way. So, if you expect a bargain for your money, reconsider because Springbrook is exactly what you pay for.
