I lived here back in 2003. It was a dump then and it's gotten worse. My unit was 1st floor facing the gas station. I saw more crime than CSI New York!! About 2 weeks after moving in my car was vandalized. My girl's car twice! The parking lot is always covered with bit's of trash or sand run-off from so-called dead grass they have. The walls are paper thin. I lost track of how many times I called the cops for the people upstairs jumping around. I wore out my vacumn cleaning up all the debris from the ceiling. The windows leak with heavy rain. My unit had patch-work done on the wall over what looks like it had to be a body or some large object thrown through it. Where the hell did they get the name "Spring Brook". There's nothing springful and there aint no damn brook. The pool was always unaccessble and when it wasn't there was trash at the bottom of it. On a cool night you can't open your windows due to all the weed smoke flowing in the wind and criminals lurking. I was told by a WPB police officer himself, "he will not patrol this property unless it was a 911 call". The gate is always broken and when it wasn't, they left it open. They had a wall around the property and while I was there they put a iron fencing along the top of the wall. Hell, the ghetto peeps broke through all that and you can always find a shopping cart along the wall for a convenient get-a-way from a crime of your choosing. They dropped off a stolen car almost every night and when they weren't dropping one off, they were looking to break into one there. The tennants there really don't care about the place and according to some of the police officers i spoke to, neither does the management. Take it from someone who knows, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! I never got my deposit back when I left. I just took my losses and ran like hell!!
