These are older(by Florida standards) buildings. They are reasonably well maintained though some structural retrofits would help.

Parking is fair to poor, however given these are eight story buildings that is probably to be expected.

The office staff is above average, they are pleasant, helpful and efficient. If you need something fixed it gets fixed, and quickly.

The grounds are maintained on a regular schedule, though little is done besides trimming and mowing. If a tree or shrub is removed nothing is placed where it was indicating ownership would prefer to milk the property then reinvest in it.

Given the transient nature of rental apartments the office staff does a reasonable job keeping a better class of tenants. As indicated above the pool of tenants they draw from often lack basic good neighboring skills leading to a few bad apples who will throw things off the higher floors, create nuisances throwing parties, and generally disrespecting the peace, quiet, health and enjoyment people who were raised in middle class American homes take for granted.

Tennis Towers allows pets, cats, smaller dogs etc. On the surface this may not sound to bad, however some tenants will keep four and five dogs and cats. I never had any direct problem with the cats, though I would now and then see one or two just roaming around. weather they were tenants or strays I can not answer. Dogs on the other hand did not seem to be well behaved and owners frequently did not clean up after them, leading to a bit of a health problem. From my vantage point I would often see dogs run loose, crap on the grassy areas and run back to their homes. The one fault I had with the office was they did little to control this indicating in one conversation "It's so hard to catch them in the act".
Security is a joke. I never saw ONE security person making rounds or doing anything else of a preemptive nature. In fact the only time I ever saw any security was sitting in a car by the entrance gates. And speaking of gates.....Well they are left open very often, and looking like the type you might find at a railroad crossing offer little to really keep unwanted elements out.

The rent tends to be competitive, to over priced. Units of similar sq. ft. which do NOT have the parking problems and are in newer buildings can be found for rates as much as ten percent less.
