Started out OK, new manager took over and it rapidly acquired that "Old Fashioned Ghetto Housing Project Feeling!" Quite a few apartments with 8 illegal immigrant migrant workers sharing 2 bedrooms. Unbearable noise. People play very loud music at all hours. Sounds like walls are made of cardboard. Parking is terrible. Try finding a spot after 10pm. The frequent urination in the elevator is very nice. When the mail comes, and there are ads and flyers, they all get thrown on the ground,
right next to the empty beer bottles. Plumbing leaks. A/C (17 years old)leaks. Kitchen cabinets are made of cheap particle board. Bathroom sinks had no drain stoppers when we moved in. Nice attention to detail by the staff. Oh yeah! You're crazy if you go outside after dark without a gun. All kinds of dealers and whores standing around in the parking lot talking to their "customers" on cell phones.

Very nice place. Can't wait to get the hell out.

I have heard a couple of people say that the place was nice. Apparently, they didn't look deep enough. This is a great review. I'm relocating from Chicago and this was a complex that I was told about. I make too much money now to live in the hood. I became successful in life to get out of the ghetto. I'll be d@*&ed if I go back to that crap. Thanks so much.

This is not so of this community as I have lived here for 8 years and am relocating to NC hence the reason I found this site!!! I am far from someone who would reside in a "ghetto" - this OPINION is far off!
