i've lived at turtle cove apartments before, and i must say that they really suck. first of all, the rent is to high, and when you need them to fix anything in the apartment, it takes them forever to respond. and thats not even the worst part, mind you, it states clearly on your lease that if you've lived there for 5yrs. or longer that they will automatically replace your carpet, well that never happened, so after 6yrs, i finally decided to move, and could you believe that they had the nerve to try and charge me for the carpet and the walls, after six years do they really expect the carpet and the walls to be in the same condition as there were at the time of move in. so i ended up taken them to court, because they did not want to give me my deposit back. please stay away from turtle cove apts. they really have a way of luring you in, dont fall for it.
