This is one of the nicest places I have seen in west palm beach. Rent is high but apartments are spacious, there worth the money. There is an issue with car breakins at times, it comes and goes in spurts. As a woman I feel pretty comfortable walking around at night. The kids love it here, there is a huge grass area for the kids to play, with a tot lot that was poorly designed and not very safe. The staff has changed a lot since I first got here but the new staff is alright, they are all very nice. The lights in the parking lot go out a lot but there are quite a few lights outside. The walls are thin so you can here quite a bit if you have loud neighbors.
