This is no longer Cotton Bay Apts under Gables, they sold us out to Fairfield Properties after the Hurricanes and it is now called Turtle Cove.
Rents have increased to over $100 a month since new owners took over, no more amenities than before. Clubhouse used to cost $125 non refundable rent plus $400 security for cleanup, which, for the residents was outrageous. Turtle Cove fixed that problem and removed the Clubhouse as accessible to residents, only the local sheriffs office has use now.
Grounds are well kept but not as lush as when Gables owned, alot of shrubbery being left to die.
Maintenance is quick but be home when they come in. Have had occasion that they marked off things that were done and they were not done at all. Alot of rules and regs that are enforced to some and slacked off to others.
Location is convenient, lack of activities for higher elementary, middle and high school kids, hence boredom. Two pools on premise, one is always being closed for whatever reason.
