I'm not satisfied at all.
*mgmt- idiots!
*stairs- my neighbor fell thru & broke arm
*neighbors-tons of bloody domestic disbutes *noise- 4th of July year round
*apts- overpriced for crap
*porches- 2nd flr. very moldy and dirty
*appliances- old and need to be replaced
*parking-people have too many cars per apt
*windows- cracked and leak when it rains
*dogs- I've seen one KILL 2 ducks at diff times
This isn't a family oriented community at all. Kids run around all over the place!
I cant wait to get out of here.

I have lived in a ground floor, 1 bedroom apartment and a second floor 2 bedroom apartment at Turtle Cove. The buildings are wood construction, so if you live on the ground floor, you hear every step, every door opened, etc... The building and appliances are weather worn and out dated. However, this is evident when you first look at the apartment. Parking is not that bad, i have lived in worse places and there was absolutely no parking and the rent was much higher. Overall this is a typical South Florida rental community.
