Not quite understanding what your talking about. When I signed my lease they offered 2 months free up front or pro-rated for a 13 month lease. That is how it works for every apartment community. They offer free months for a lease longer than 12 months. I chose to pro-rate my lease so I have 6 months for $875. I believe its very reasonable for the amenities offered. If you find a better price with the same amount of amenities I would like to know.
