Rent has jumped drastically since cable is no longer included. This follows steady increases in rent and additional bills being added every year. Meanwhile, no significant improvements to the property have been made. Walkways and stair areas are never cleaned. Dead bugs and dirt are common viewing when walking to the apartments. It took three years for them to have somebody come out to trim dying palm trees. They did put up a sign that says fitness center, which is hilarious because the tiny room attached to the office only contains some old equipment (weights, exercise bike and soloflex like machine that are in questionable state of repair. No treadmill).
