Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
I lived in this dump approx. 5 years ago and from day one had issues with management. Carpet had an extreme urine smell, so unbearable that I had to rent a Hotel Room for 2 nights. Carpet was replaced and Mgmt decided that they would charge me for the carpet' I was relocated due to job and paid one extra month. 5 years later I go to check my credit and show a $3000 collections debt! As the other review states, the manager at that time is no longer with the company. Go figure. I have aquired an attorney and am going to sue for way more than $3000. You will be sorry you ever rented from these A#%wholes.
