Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
AIMCO, which runs this apartment complex, charges, when you leave the property, $65 each for cleaning the room, cleaning the carpet and painting, amounting to at least $200.
This is same for other AIMCO properties in the area, Reflections and Windward.
I left Village Crossing 3 months ago and my apartment got flooded 4 months ago.
AIMCO owes me $500 for the hotel charges while I could not live there for flooding but they still have not reimbursed me.
I have been calling the management and the customer service every week on the reimbursement issue, but they do not respond.
AIMCO is very nice when you are moving into these properties but ignore you when you move out.
