Moved in May 04 after seeing it in person in February. Lovely apartments, nice pool and grounds.

It was after moving in we found out there is no water pressure. In addition, the hot water never gets anywhere near hot enough. The dishwasher has to heat the water for over an hour just to move to the next cycle. This place really stinks. It can take over a minute to get hot water at the kitchen sink. The pressure is so weak, you can't get a decent shower. We were told by the management that the reason is that this development is at the end of a water main, and the pressure doesn't make it here. I call that misrepresentation.

The outdoor parking is a mess, because the lawn sprinklers spray nasty lake water all over your car every night.

We were the first ones in this unit. The cable tv wire was not working, the phone line was shorted, and the water supply to the ice maker was crushed. This place was built by morons.

Definately skip this place, and find somewhere else to live in the West Palm Beach area.

Fortunately, we are building a house in Wellington, FL, that will be ready in October 04, so we're only here for three more months. (The water pressure at the house we're building is fine.)
