Seriously this place is a joke, i dont even know where to start. First off the manager --- should get fired. And i want to throw the name AEC out there to cause they are ---'s boss, and they need to take responsiblity too. When we were perspective tenats she promised to wave the pet fee and the admin fee, to beat her compeators prices(porto fino) then when we came back the next day to turn in the applications, she suddenly didnt recall ever telling us she would wave those fees, finally after refreshing her memory for about an hour, she decided she would. Then about 6 months later my car got its rims, which werent even that great stolen off the car, which isnt so bad considering the same night the theives had stolen 2 other cars in the community. The reason is because the "security gate" lol is NEVER closed ever it is always broken and if one side is closed the other side is open so regardless you can always get in one side or the other. Then about 2 months after the car deal, I came home to a threating letter from the vista lago management signed by --- stating "we entered your apartment, and apon entering we found an animal in your apartment, unless you come to the leasing office within 24hours, and pay the fees for this pet, you will be EVICTED" OK first off our dog was on the rental application that we had turned in 9 months prior, not only that but we gave them a picture of her prior to moving in along with her current shot records, her name, age, breed, and weight. NOT TO MENTION a pet deposit of $250!!! So if --- or anyother staff member had even bothered checking our file they would have seen all the info. They are so nice to you before you move in, cause they just want your money after that they are sooo unbelievable rude!!! So obviously when are lease was up we were most defiantley moveing out. I called the office to make arangements, they told me what I owed to be sqaured away, and i knew i should have gotten something in writng, but I didnt. 2 months after moving out they sent me a $700 bill, with BS charges, like for a half a months rent for may when i moved out on March 30th''' Not to mention they claim I didnt turn in any keys when I dropped 3 keys off at their office on March 29th, also not to mention they are trying to charge us for a water bill for a month that we didnt even live in the apartment. I am probable going to take them to court I know I will have to pay a lawyer but I would much rather waste money on that then giving one more cent to these people. Also I am contact local new and media and starting blogs to help warn people about rip-off bad MANAGEMENT properties like VISTA LAGO!!!

This guy is a Jack ass and doesn't know what he's talking about, I gurantee you he's been evicted and now he's pissed at the Company, Because he's a dead beat and doesn't pay HIS rent.

yes I totally agree with the orginally poster. VISTA LAGO was THE WORST place EVER i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Every week was a new set of problems! And what management there was no management, the place is ran by a bunch of retards just like the "Annonymous" retard would wrote the poster was a Jack ass! your a jackass have you ever lived in vista lago???, well if you havent then why dont you move there then you can laugh at your self for being so stupid and your a dead beat this forum is to help people choose a good place to live not to make stuff up, so dont come on here writing things until you've had an experience......duh!!!!! CONCLUSION: stay far far far away from vista lago and there dumb management.
